📦 Orders & Shipping
Since each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!
Yes! We’re based in the Atlanta area and offer free local pickup. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll reach out to coordinate a time and location. You can also find us at local craft markets throughout the year—follow us on Instagram to see where we’ll be next!
Not at this time—we currently only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we do.
🌈 Products & Materials
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality acrylic and wood, precision-cut with our laser right here in our Atlanta studio. We use a variety of finishes including iridescent, holographic, mirrored, and matte acrylics to create that signature sparkle. Each piece is hand-assembled and finished with care.
Acrylic is easy to care for! Simply dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For fingerprints or smudges, use a damp cloth with a tiny drop of dish soap, then dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or paper towels which can scratch the surface. Keep out of direct prolonged sunlight to preserve the colors.
Our acrylics are UV-resistant and designed to hold their vibrancy. That said, like any decor, extended direct sunlight exposure over years may cause some gradual fading. For pieces displayed in very sunny windows, occasional rotation can help them age evenly.
✨ Custom Orders
We love bringing creative visions to life! Custom orders depend on our current production schedule and the complexity of the request. Send us a message with your idea and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can make happen. Custom pieces typically have a longer lead time and may have a design fee.
Absolutely! Many of our pieces can be customized with different acrylic colors. Check the product description—if color options are available, you’ll see them listed. If you have something specific in mind that isn’t shown, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
💜 Returns & Issues
Because each piece is handmade to order, we generally don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement or refund.
Oh no! We pack everything carefully, but sometimes shipping happens. Please email us at livinglofishop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage (including packaging if possible). We’ll get a replacement out to you ASAP.
🪛 Wholesale & Collaborations
Yes! We love partnering with boutiques and retailers who share our aesthetic. If you’re interested in carrying Living Lofi in your shop, please email us at livinglofishop@gmail.com with your shop name, location, and website. We’ll send over our wholesale catalog and pricing.
We selectively partner with creators whose vibe aligns with ours. If you’re interested in a collaboration, send us a DM on Instagram with your pitch and links to your content. We can’t respond to everyone, but we do look at every request!
