Yes! Local pickup is available in the Atlanta area. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll coordinate a convenient pickup time with you.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future—stay tuned!

Our products are primarily made from iridescent acrylic with stainless-steel hardware (jump rings, chains, earring hooks). Tabletop pieces also include hand-painted wooden bases and glass crystal prisms.

Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. As handmade products, slight variations, minor blemishes, or small bubbles are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

Our acrylic materials are designed to be durable and UV-resistant. With normal care, your piece should maintain its vibrancy and iridescent shimmer for years to come.

Yes! We love custom requests. Custom orders are subject to current scheduling and complexity. Email us at livinglofishop@gmail.com with your idea and we’ll see what we can create together.

Depending on the design complexity, there may be additional design fees. Custom orders may also have extended lead times beyond our standard 3–5 day processing. We’ll provide a full quote and timeline before starting any work.

We do not accept returns for preference changes (color, size, or style). However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
