Shipping Policy

We take extra care packaging our fragile, handmade pieces to ensure they arrive safely at your door.
Processing Time
Each Living Lofi piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons (holidays, sales, etc.), processing times may extend to 7–10 business days. We’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way!
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS from Atlanta, Georgia. Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your location.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Local Pickup (Atlanta Area)
Located in the Atlanta metro area? Skip the shipping fees! Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll reach out to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.
How We Pack Fragile Items
Our acrylic and wood pieces are delicate, and we package them with extra care:
- Individual wrapping: Each piece is wrapped in protective tissue and/or bubble wrap
- Secure cushioning: Orders are cushioned with packing paper or foam to prevent shifting
- Sturdy boxes: We use appropriately-sized rigid boxes—never flimsy mailers—for fragile items
- Fragile labeling: Packages are marked “FRAGILE” and “HANDLE WITH CARE”
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Address changes: If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at livinglofishop@gmail.com. We can only make changes before your order ships. Once in transit, we cannot redirect packages.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the initial scan.
Delivery Issues
Delayed packages: Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times are determined by the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially during peak shipping seasons or due to weather events. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, your front desk, or local post office. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
“In Transit” for too long: If your order has been “in transit” for more than 14 days without updates, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier or arrange a resolution.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused, etc.), we will contact you. Reshipment will require payment of additional shipping fees. If you do not respond within 14 days or decline to pay for reshipment, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Living Lofi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Peak holiday shipping volume
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
