Returns & Refunds

We put our hearts into every piece we create. Because our products are handmade to order just for you, we handle returns a little differently than mass-produced items.

Our Policy at a Glance

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong color selection, or similar reasons. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We absolutely stand behind our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll need:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

Once we review your claim, we’ll either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund—your choice.

What We Cannot Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind or “I ordered the wrong thing”
  • Color appears different than expected (monitors vary)
  • Minor variations inherent to handmade items (see our Product Disclaimer)
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Items that have been used, hung, or displayed
  • Custom or personalized orders

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can cancel and issue a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible as materials have already been cut for your specific order.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If it’s still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or find a solution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Our Discretion

While this policy outlines our standard practices, we reserve the right to offer refunds, exchanges, store credit, or other special considerations at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Any exception made in one instance does not obligate us to make similar exceptions in the future.
